Due to the specialization and delicate nature of made to order products all of our gowns and veils are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. If an item was shipped or received in error, please contact info@autumnsilkbridal.com within 7 days of receipt..
If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect Item, please contact us at info@autumnsilkbridal.com, within seven (7) days of receipt of the Item, indicate your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and mention the problem. We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect Items.
